Harun CEYLAN
General Secretary

  Born in Ordu/Ünye in 1981, Harun CEYLAN completed his primary and secondary education in Ordu. He completed his undergraduate studies in two undergraduate fields, graduating from "Public Administration" in 2008 and "Health Management" in 2017. In 2010, he completed the "Hospital and Health Management" master’s program with his thesis on "The Effect of Leadership Understanding in the Health Sector on Employee Engagement and Performance" by obtaining a master's degree. He is currently continuing his "Business Management" Doctorate Program.
  Harun CEYLAN, who started his professional career in 2000, worked in various units of Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, Van Çatak Central Health Center, Istanbul Bakırköy Gynecology and Pediatrics Hospital, Istanbul Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital, Istanbul Esenyurt State Hospital, and Istanbul Arnavutköy State Hospital. Harun Ceylan also worked for private health institutions such as Roche Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Eczacıbaşı Health Services Inc.
  He served as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Assistant Manager at Istanbul Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital between 2012-2015. Between 2015-2017, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Services Manager at Istanbul Üsküdar State Hospital and between 2017-2021, he served as the Administrative and Financial Services Manager at Istanbul Çekmeköy Oral and Dental Health Center. Harun CEYLAN, who worked in the Central Organization of the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate between 2021-2022, served as the Turkish-German University Revolving Fund Operation Manager and Head of the Personnel Department in 2022. As of 12.07.2023, he continues to work as the General Secretary of the Turkish-German University.
  Harun CEYLAN, who has a Governor's Certificate of Achievement due to his professional achievements, has many certificates in the professional field and has a good command of English, is married and has two children.
